This Privacy Policy explains what information MowBill (the "Service"), operated by Mowbill LLC, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information: your name, email address, phone number, company name and password (stored encrypted, never in plain text).
Business data you enter: customers, properties, schedules, invoices, payments, expenses, receipt images and notes. This information belongs to you; we process it on your behalf.
Usage information: basic technical details such as IP address, browser type, login times and error logs, used to run and secure the Service.
We use information to provide the Service; to send account emails (such as sign-up confirmation, password resets and important notices); to send invoices and statements that you choose to email to your customers; to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse; and to improve the Service. We do not sell your information or your customers' information.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, hosting, email delivery and payment processing through Stripe), under obligations to protect it; when required by law; or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Service.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and limited access to data. We keep your data while your account is open. After an account is closed, we may delete its data after a reasonable period.
You can view and update your account and business information in the Service. You may ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account by contacting us. If you hold your customers' personal information, you are responsible for responding to their requests about it.
The Service is for businesses and is not intended for children under 13.
We may update this Policy. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the Service.
