These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MowBill (the "Service"), which is operated by Mowbill LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account, including activity by users you invite. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
New accounts start with a free 90-day trial, and no card is needed to start it. To keep using the Service after the trial, subscribe for $9.99 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance to your card through Stripe, renew automatically until you cancel, and are not charged until your trial has ended.
You can cancel at any time in the Service under Settings, Subscription, Manage billing. Canceling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and you keep access until then. Fees are not refundable except where required by law. We may change our prices with advance notice.
You own the data you enter into the Service, such as your customers, invoices, payments and expenses ("Your Data"). You give us permission to store and process Your Data only as needed to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the right to use any information you enter, including your customers' personal information, and for following the laws that apply to your business.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; sending spam or unlawful messages through the Service; trying to access accounts or data that aren't yours; interfering with the Service's security or operation; or reselling the Service without our permission.
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, add or remove features. We recommend you keep your own copies of important records.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are not paid. When an account is closed, we may delete Your Data after a reasonable period; contact us beforehand if you would like a copy.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.
